REAL ESTATE

Conception, design, manufacture and construction of residences in the Caribbean / Bahamas

Canadian experts came together to develop an innovative method of anchored solid wood construction adapted to the specific conditions of the Bahamas, the design objective being to create a home that is better adapted to the hazards caused by hurricanes and offers sustainable use of natural resources.

The process involved in-depth studies of materials and anchoring capabilities, as well as rigorous testing to validate the structural capabilities of the models and the durability of the new structures.

The result of these design efforts between Canadians and Bahamians not only results in a robust and environmentally-friendly construction method, but has also laid the foundations for a trusting collaboration with Bahamian stakeholders in an effort to pursue innovation in the Bahamian construction sector.
